Billing & Payments
Ciderhouse operates on a simple, transparent billing model. Clients are billed monthly for ongoing services. Payment covers the month ahead, ensuring uninterrupted access to the support and expertise we provide.

Cancellations
Clients may discontinue services at any time. Since there are no long-term contracts, simply notify us before your next billing cycle, and no further payments will be required.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds for past payments. However, we strive to provide value to all clients—if you have any concerns, please reach out so we can address them promptly.

Service Adjustments
If your needs change, we are happy to adjust the scope of services accordingly. We encourage open communication to ensure our services continue to meet your expectations.
